If enabled, glFinish will be called every frame even if it wouldn't otherwise be.
glFinish causes the renderer to wait until the graphics card has finished rendering the current frame before it starts to send commands for the next frame.
It's for working around some bug in some old graphics card. If you have no renderer issues leave it at 0 for higher fps.
